TMNT MUTANT MELEE file re-import problem

I extracted the folders inside the archive.dat of tmnt mutant melee. There is a folder called archive with a file called adv_script.48.adv inside. This is a .dat file which contains 10 txt files, I need to add 1 more file, but the reimporter2 does not allow it. Could someone make a tool?
